Homeownership Program

In collaboration with the City of Lima, eligible first-time homebuyers complete credits by taking classes and meeting with a Housing Counselor towards down payment assistance. This program is offered year-round. In conjunction with our agency’s Financial Management Program, we help families through the homeownership process by providing tools and guidance for first-time homebuyers and preparing them for long-term success.
