Home Energy Assistance Program
(HEAP)

A once-yearly payment applied directly to your heating or cooling utility bill.

Winter Crisis Program

Provides a benefit once per heating season to an income-eligible individual’s main heating and/or electric accounts.

Summer Crisis Program

Provides a once yearly benefit to eligible individuals for cooling assistance during the summer.

Percentage of Income Payment Plan Program (PIPP)

Helps eligible individuals manage their energy bills year-round.
