Our Child Development Services include Early Head Start, Head Start and Parenting classes to help you prepare you and your child to become strong, successful citizens with numerous opportunities and advantages going forward.
Head Start
A free program offering social, emotional and intellectual growth for children 3 – 5 years old.
Child care
An extension to our Early Head Start and Head Start classes before and after regular class hours.
Kindergarten Kamp
A 5-week summer program for children in Allen County transitioning into Kindergarten in the Fall.
Locations
WOCAP offers convenient Early Head Start, Head Start and Child Care locations throughout Allen County.
