West Ohio CAP continues to process enrollment and re-verification applications for the PIPP Plus Program. PIPP Plus helps you manage your energy bills by making monthly utility payments more affordable, allowing you to make consistent monthly payments based on a percentage of your household income.

Households that have utility service from an electric or natural gas company regulated by the Public Utility Commission of Ohio, with income at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines for up to 7 household members and for 8 or more members at or below 60% of the State Median Income are eligible for this program. Homeowners and renters alike are eligible for this assistance!
