Can assist eligible applicants with Electric bill, Central Air repair, Air Conditioner or Fan
Eligible Applicants
Individuals with a documented medical condition
Required Documentation
- Income for all household members for the last 30 days
- Birthdates and social security numbers for all household members
- Documentation of Citizenship
- Chronic Medical form signed by licensed medical professional
- Current gas and electric bills
Eligible Applicants
- Households with individuals age 60 and over
- Households with shut off, threat of disconnection or a new service being established
- Households enrolling in PIPP or have a PIPP Default
Required Documentation
- Income for all household members for the last 30 days
- Documentation of Citizenship
- Birthdates and social security numbers for all household members
- Current electric and gas bills
- Disconnection notice if applicable
- Proof of disability if applicable
