The West Ohio Community Action Partnership typically provides utility assistance with electricity only beginning July 1 through August 31 based on availability of funds. West Ohio CAP MAY PROVIDE air conditioners during the Summer Crisis Program (SCP) (season based on funding), as well as electric assistance.
