Can assist eligible applicants with Electric bill, Central Air repair, Air Conditioner or fan
PIPP Plus customers are Eligible for monetary assistance this year if enrolling for 1st time or if have PIPP Default. Also eligible for an air conditioner or fan if more than three years has passed since last air conditioner.
Eligible Applicants
- Individuals with a documented medical condition
- A diagnosis of COVID-19 in the household in the last 12 months
Required Documentation
- Income for the all household members for the last 30 days
- Social Security Numbers for all household members
- Documentation of Citizenship
- Proof of medical condition signed by a physician, Nurse
- Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current gas and electric bills
Eligible Applicants
- Individuals age 60 and over
- Households with shut off, threat of disconnection or a new service being established
- Households enrolling in PIPP or have a PIPP Default
Required Documentation
- Income for all household members for the last 30 days
- Social Security Numbers for all household members.
- Documentation of Citizenship
- Current electric and gas bills.
- Disconnection notice if applicable

Just drop off the required information below at the nearest West Ohio CAP office and sign an Energy Assistance Programs Application. It’s that easy.
