Fair Housing
This program provides Fair Housing Services for the City of Lima, Allen County and Mercer County.
The services include receiving Fair Housing complaints, providing information, training and educational material to the community.
The Ohio Tenant-Landlord Act of 1974 outlines the rights and responsibilities of both tenants and landlords. The purpose of this guide is to provide general information as a basic understanding of residential landlord and tenant rights and responsibilities.
