Head Start is a free program that offers social, emotional and intellectual growth to prepare children for success in life.

WOCAP’s Child Development Services offers comprehensive health, educational, and nutritional services to encourage the healthy development of children from low-income families of Allen County. We provide are daily opportunities for social, emotional and intellectual growth to prepare children for success in school and life.

In addition, families are connected to needed services in the community that will provide vital support such as five childcare center partners to provide childcare services enhanced by Head Start for children age 3-5 years old for those that qualify.
