Early Head Start
Children Birth to Age 3
Early Head Start is a free program for children aged birth to 3 years old that qualify for the program.
WOCAP provides daily opportunities for social, emotional and intellectual growth that will prepare children for success in school and in life.
WOCAP’s Child Development Services provides comprehensive health, educational, and nutritional services to encourage the healthy development of children from low-income families throughout Allen County.
We connect our families to needed services in the community that will provide vital support to their families. We partner with five childcare center partners to provide childcare services enhanced by Early Head Start for children birth to 3yrs for those that qualify.
